Native Women's Leadership Forum & Enduring Spirit Luncheon

The Native Women's Leadership Forum is an annual event full of workshops, breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and panels. The forum is designed with our mission in mind and encourages participants to make a positive impact in their community. Each spring, the forum takes a new theme, and with it new educational and training opportunities. Feedback tells us that attendees leave feeling empowered, recharged, and renewed. Anyone interested in issues impacting Indian Country and uplifting Native women leaders is welcome to attend. The forum is open to the public, and registrants come from many gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and professional affiliations.

Native Action Network will host our 19th Annual Native Women’s Leadership Forum September 14-15 at The Westin Seattle. Our theme is Champions of Our Future.

Summer 2023 Art Exhibition: Into the Circle - Opening Reception

Native Action Network is proud to present our summer exhibition, Into the Circle, featuring artwork by Margaret Morris - Sya Yeik’. Margaret is based in Edmonds, Washington. She has been creating art for decades, using formline design on elk hide drums, dance robes, tunics, beadwork, carving and weaving. She seamlessly translates ancestral imagery into traditional and contemporary media. Her work reminds us that art is the heartbeat of our people, resonating through generations, like the steady boom of a drum.

Come celebrate the artist during the opening reception Friday, July 14, 6-8pm, at NAN’s office space at 55 Bell Street, Seattle. There will be refreshments and light appetizers provided. The show will be up July 14 – September 6, 2023, accessible during Belltown Art Walks every second Friday evening of the month, or schedule a private viewing appointment by emailing info@nativeactionnetwork.org

Please note that there is one flight of stairs to Native Action Network's office from the ground floor. Unfortunately, there is not an elevator or other accommodations available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
